1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal — pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or card
  • Venmo — pay via your Venmo account (US customers only)

We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency at this time.

2. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through PayPal and Venmo, which use industry-standard encryption and fraud protection. Velorra never stores, sees, or has access to your full payment details (card number, bank account, etc.). Your financial information is handled entirely by PayPal/Venmo's secure systems.

3. Currency

All prices on velorra.store are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your PayPal account is in another currency, PayPal will apply their standard conversion rate.

4. When You Are Charged

Your payment is processed at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment.

5. Payment Failures

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your PayPal or Venmo account details and try again, or contact us at support@velorra.store for assistance.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal or Venmo). Refund processing takes up to 10 business days after we approve your return. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

7. Order Cancellations

If your order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@velorra.store.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and we will notify you by email.
