Velorra is a jewelry brand based in Kahului, Hawaii, United States. We sell handcrafted natural stone jewelry for women, shipped within the United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, all Velorra jewelry features natural semi-precious stones whose color, pattern, and texture vary naturally between pieces. Product images are representative — your actual item may differ slightly. This natural variation is not a defect.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • We accept PayPal and Venmo
  • Payment is processed securely — we do not store your payment information
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time; prices at the time of purchase are final

5. Orders & Cancellations

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

To cancel an order, email us at support@velorra.store as soon as possible. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Velorra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted first to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in the courts of Maui County, Hawaii.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
