Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
A flat rate shipping fee of $9.00 applies to all orders within the United States. Once shipped, carrier transit time typically takes an additional 4–6 business days. Estimated total delivery time from order placement is 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier schedules.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our Track Your Order page. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@velorra.store.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination and seasonal demand.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Velorra accepts full responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged while in transit to the customer. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at support@velorra.store with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Velorra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@velorra.store and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back for updates as we continue to expand our shipping options.
