Orders and Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $9.00 on all US orders, regardless of order size.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time from order placement: 5–8 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at Track Your Order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us at support@velorra.store as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

Products

Are the stones real?

Yes. All Velorra jewelry features genuine natural semi-precious stones — turquoise, lapis lazuli, fluorite, jade, quartz, and topaz. We do not use synthetic stones or substitutes.

Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?

Because all stones are natural, each piece is unique. Color, pattern, and texture may vary slightly from product photos. This is a feature of natural stone, not a defect.

What metals are used?

Our earrings use brass-tone metal settings. Our necklaces use silver-tone metal settings. Metal type is listed in each product description.

How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, and cleaning products
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising
  • Store in a dry place, ideally in the provided pouch or box
  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. See our full Return and Refund Policy.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Email us at support@velorra.store within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. Velorra does not charge restocking fees.
